Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Return Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free from perfume, makeup, or signs of wear.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our system, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
